Welcome to Comet Window Cleaning! By booking our services, you agree to the following basic terms:

1. Services

We offer residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, junk removal, and seasonal services like Christmas light installation. Scope of work will be agreed upon at time of booking. Additional requests may be subject to extra charges.

2. Access & Safety

Customers must ensure safe access to the areas to be cleaned. We reserve the right to decline service in cases of unsafe conditions (e.g., unstable ladders, extreme roof heights, or hazards like wasp nests).

3. Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled due to poor weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, extreme cold). We’ll contact you to arrange a new time.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not happy with our work, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right—free of charge.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit card.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Comet Window Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile items near windows, or issues caused by improper window installation.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
